The room here is well-designed and clean, the bathroom is immaculate, and the location is fantastic with friendly staff.

Location convenient to St. Ives and Minack Theatre, as well as Penzance; room was comfortable, in good repair and immaculately clean; breakfast was good.

The decor in the room and in the breakfast room in the lower level left something to be desired.

Thstaff were very welcoming when i checked in.

The location here is great, close to main attractions, and the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the double room had a romantic vibe.

The room was both functional and romantic with fresh towels, different juices, for example.

The breakfast was good & featured Cornish products. Near bus stop to Land's End & within walking distance of town.

No dedicated parking, just on-street, so could be a problem in busy periods

The fine food was delicious. the service was very good. - the incredible view of the garden and flowers in planters was a highlight. - the breakfast was freshly made and high quality. - the king room was comfortable, with a cozy bed for sleeping. - the location is convenient, not far from Penzance for a rugby game, exploring the harbour, and visiting the city center.

Well located in pleasant leafy road, within 500metres of sea front.Comfortable bed, nicely furnished room and good shower. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

Convenient location - just a stone's throw from all the places we wanted to visit. Everything was top-notch and only a 15-minute drive from the airport at Land's End 😊.

I enjoyed relaxing in this calm comfortable establishment.Situated in a beautiful tree lined road on a bus route it offered everything I needed for a short break.

I must say I was very impressed with my room and the fact that I was upgraded from a singel room to a double room for the same price. The room was most comfortable with a massive bathroom. The room was sparkling clean and the staff were most helpful during my stay. The breakfast was also extremely filling. Lovely place - 10 out of 10!
